Retail Operations Agent

Location: Power Tower, Clonskeagh

Contract type: Permanent Full Time

The Retail Helpdesk is a busy support department catering for over 600 shops and staff along with providing retail customer care.

We operate 364 days a year from 7.00am to 10pm and shifts reflect this as we are open weekends and evenings.

Working as part of the Retail Helpdesk Team, your role will include:

  • Providing support to shop staff on price enquiries, result enquiries & general issues
  • Providing support to shop staff on technical issues such as epos & Arkle tills
  • Retail Customer Service
  • BGT Queries
  • Logging and resolving retail issues
  • Various other ad hoc tasks and projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years retail betting assistant experience
  • Computer/Technical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience of Epos & Arkle
  • Betting Knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and make confident decisions
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to settle bets confidently
