Digital Display Product Manager

Role Overview:

Working within the Retail Product & Innovation team, the role of Digital Display Product Manager is to ensure the delivery of best in class entertainment into Paddy Power Betfair’s 600 plus shops.

You will be responsible for the development of all digital displays that will both entertain and inform our customers while continually striving to improve the customer journey. The role offers the successful candidate a chance to shape the future of the Paddy Power Betfair retail customer proposition by delivering leading innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end Digital Display Experience for Paddy Power retail customers
  • Define & deliver best in class digital displays
  • Identify new & advanced ways in which we can improve the customer journey
  • Engage with key stakeholders to define the product roadmap
  • Incorporate customer insight & technological advancements to shape the product roadmap
  • Produce pitch and business cases for new innovative ideas
  • Launch products to market in a manner that captures the customer’s imagination
  • Work closely with the product owner within our central product delivery team to ensure successful & timely delivery of product development
  • Continued improvement of operational process for the roll-out of new developments
  • Manage third party vendors
  • Tracking Product KPIs per agreed annual budget (Turnover, Bets placed)
  • Minimal travel required (Ireland & UK, approx. 4 days per month)

Technical Competencies

  • Excellent Product Management skills
  • Experience in managing digital products from idea to delivery
  • Understanding of software development and infrastructure project lifecycles
  • Knowledge of betting shop “screens” displays a distinct advantage
  • Industry knowledge an advantage

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ Product Management experience
  • Proven ability to deliver a range of best in class product
  • Degree educated
