The talent acquisition specialist will support the Talent Acquisition Manager to fill vacancies directly. They will do this by driving and leading the talent attraction and pipelining strategies for key roles and hard to fill skill sets in Dublin as well as managing stakeholder relationships with live hiring managers. Filling vacancies with full ownership of the 360 recruitment lifecycle against challenging hiring targets and business SLA’s.

The talent acquisition specialist will be accountable for screening candidates and providing hiring managers with quality shortlists while managing the process from end to end. They will help us to continue our shift from a reactive model of recruitment to proactively building our talent pipeline. They will share insights to keep us relevant and current, bringing the outside in from both a tools and trends perspective as well as perspective on the competitive talent landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Proactively identifying suitable technology candidates through a variety of direct channels including web sourcing, social media, personal networks and utilising our direct sourcing toolkit.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for all assigned technology vacancies and be able to provide data on the progress, success and challenges faced.
  • Build talent pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future technology business needs and be able to report on the progress, stats and success
  • Work with Hiring managers to take detailed briefs and manage interview processes from approval to offer
  • Share insights of the local technology market to the Talent Acquisition Manager and to the business itself.

What We’re Looking For…

  • Technology recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • MS Office – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience managing multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
