The Role…

The Retail Helpdesk is a busy support department catering for over 600 shops and staff along with providing retail customer care.

What You’ll be Doing…

  • We provide Paddy Power shop staff with support across the board from customer service to technical issue support.
  • BGT Queries
  • Logging and resolving retail issues
  • Various other ad hoc tasks and projects.

What We’re Looking For…

  • A minimum of 2 years retail betting assistant experience
  • Computer/Technical Skills
  • Experience of Epos & Arkle
  • Betting Knowledge
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
