Customer Support Role

Location: Clonskeagh, Dublin 4

Hours: 20 – 30 hour contracts available

We have opportunities both for roles in supporting customers over phone, chat, messenger, and social media and also taking bets from customers over phone and other technologies.

  • You don’t have to know about football or betting but you do have to be enthusiastic to learn!
  • Experience in delighting customers in any environment is hugely beneficial.
  • You also need to have fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken and be comfortable with using technology.
  • We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so if there is a particular shift pattern that might suit you and your life feel free to suggest it to us and if we can accommodate your needs we will be delighted to!
