Working with fellow delivery managers and product owners within the Sports Exchange Platform facilitating the delivery of an ambitious backlog of features, enhancements and products.
Successful candidates will have solid technical skills and a strong desire to lead and manage a development team in an agile environment. You will be able to demonstrate a good coaching style and possess the qualities to inspire and motivate others in a fast paced environment.
You will have a strong attention to detail with a focus on quality in everything that you do. Guiding the team in their use of effective monitoring and support to ensure high availability of our systems is a key responsibility.
A large part of the role will involve shaping our culture and the technical direction of our products. We are looking for someone who has a great understanding of our business and is able to articulate this to our technical teams, providing insight and direction to our developers.
