**6 Month Fixed-Term Contract**

The Role…

Reporting to the Head of Online Media Betfair, this role will have real responsibility and the opportunity to impact how we work with the P&L teams, our agencies and partners. Planning and delivering measurable in-audience reach, frequency and relevant messages to the target audiences at scale will be the core objectives for the role.

This role offers the opportunity for an ambitious person to work in a fast-moving environment with a world class marketing team. Furthermore, it will be a key role in delivering operational excellence and establishing Betfair as ‘the most accomplished digital advertiser in the betting industry and beyond’.

What You’ll be Doing…

  • Media & Partner Management: Prospect for, evaluate and negotiate for media placement opportunities, volume and profit targets for new/existing customer campaigns and activity; manage logistics of deployment schedules and agency partner for acquisition/retention media campaigns and activity.
  • Campaign Analysis & Delivery: Responsible for managing and optimizing the display/social budget to ensure we are delivering positive return on investment
  • Achieving Display/social marketing performance goals for brand campaigns, new user acquisition/retention and/or revenue generation.
  • Proactively bringing up proposals for new activities, tests, new channels and ways or working
  • Taking a proactive hands-on approach to driving success, with ownership, accountability and heavy involvement in managing a team to deliver day-to-day display operations for Betfair.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends, and 3rd party data sources to constantly identify new marketing opportunities and / or potential threats.
  • Manage end to end testing processes including requirements gathering/documentation, seamless test design and accurate result measurement.

What We’re Looking For…

  • 3 + years’ experience of working in a campaign management capacity in Internet Advertising and Marketing, Consumer E-commerce, and/or Direct Response Marketing with a focus on Online media (display/paid social)
  • Track record of working on campaigns across multiple jurisdictions. Spain and LATAM market experience desired
  • Experience managing a team of 1 or more people.
  • Solid knowledge of ad-serving, tracking systems, RTB/paid social and their applications.

Strong analytical / reporting skills, a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Excel required
