Role Summary

Flutter Entertainment plc, a FTSE100, is dual listed in London and Ireland providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced global organisation. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Company Secretarial Assistant with core Company Secretarial experience who is keen to continue pursuing a career as a Company Secretarial professional. Minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience, a Bachelor’s Degree and have completed or have desire to complete the ICSA Qualification is required. This role will become part of the Group Secretariat function and therefore will consist of a broad list of responsibilities which will include but not limited to:

  • Assisting with the provision of Company Secretarial Services to the Flutter group of entities
  • Preparing and assisting with subsidiary board meetings
  • Maintenance of statutory and administration records and all related company registers in accordance with regulations and legislation
  • Managing and updating our Global legal entity management system – Blueprint
  • Support with the completion and release of regulatory and legal filings
  • Managing our insider and confidential lists
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies/local service providers in various jurisdictions
  • Helping to draft ad hoc board minutes/shareholder resolutions
  • Assisting drafting various sections of the Annual Report
  • Assisting with preparations for the AGM or other shareholder general meetings
  • Assisting with the Interim and Final dividend payments
  • Support with ad hoc projects and other duties relevant to the Group Secretariat function

Location: Dublin, Flutter Head Office, Clonskeagh


  • Qualifications: Have completed or have a desire to complete ICSA Qualification; a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written (English)
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
  • Confident working with confidential information
  • Strong team ethic
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Knowledge of Blueprint, Diligent Boards and Insidertrack (useful)
