Job Title: US Sportsbook Risk & Ops Executive

Reporting Line: Senior Trader or Team Lead

Job Location/Office: Clonskeagh

Role Overview/Purpose:

This exciting opportunity is to join a new team being formed to support our entry into the newly regulating US market. PPB will provide risk management, trading, customers query resolution and other critical services from Dublin to support our global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk managing on behalf of our US facing Sportsbook
  • Monitor customer betting, market prices and up-to-the-minute sports news
  • Price changes
  • Customer profiling
  • Liability Management
  • Identify and remove customer pain points
  • Settle events and markets in timely fashion
  • Create and Price US focused related market requests in cooperation with the relevant trading teams
  • Content Management
  • Don’t keep our customers waiting – actioning risk/trading related customer contacts quickly.
  • Customer obsessed: Always try to improve customer journeys and experiences
  • When things do go wrong let’s fix them quickly, diagnose the issues and aim to prevent reoccurrence
  • Collaboration – work closely with:
  • Trading & risk managers across Melbourne and Dublin to contribute to and implement strategies/processes
  • Operations & tech teams to identify and resolve customer pain points
  • US based promos & product teams to launch innovative new offerings to customers
  • Vigilant for fraud and integrity issues. Ensuring compliance with market regulations
  • Competitor benchmarking
