Retail Operations Agent
Location: Power Tower, Clonskeagh

The Retail Helpdesk is a busy support department catering for over 600 shops and staff along with providing retail customer care.
We operate 364 days a year from 7.00am to 10pm and shifts reflect this as we are open weekends and evenings.
Working as part of the Retail Helpdesk Team, your role will include:
- Providing support to shop staff on price enquiries, result enquiries & general issues
- Providing support to shop staff on technical issues such as epos & Arkle tills
- Retail Customer Service
- BGT Queries
- Logging and resolving retail issues
- Various other ad hoc tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years retail betting assistant experience
- Computer/Technical Skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience of Epos & Arkle
- Betting Knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and make confident decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to settle bets confidently
