JOB PURPOSE

To monitor the delivery and accuracy of incoming and outgoing data feeds.

ACCOUNTABILITIES – ACTIVITIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES

Check the arrival and content of data from external suppliers. Liaise with suppliers as required.

Add information to the Timeform database not supplied by feeds including, but not limited to, race information, entries for overseas meetings and pedigree information.

Provide administrative support to the editorial department which may include reports or other data.

JOB DIMENSIONS

This role has no direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Good keyboard skills.

Basic PC literacy, including MS Office and email.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

Duties may involve the use of commercial software for which appropriate training will be provided.

Normal working hours are 08:00-12:00 Monday – Friday

Normal working time may include early or late starts and weekend hours. Regular Bank Holiday work will be required.
