Reporting to the Head of Sportsbook Product, the Product Manager, Projects will be responsible for delivering key sportsbook projects across the BF & PP brands, and managing shared services across the sportsbook.

You will work closely with the BF and PP sportsbook product teams to create market leading products and services that support the distinct strategic goals and customer needs of each brand. Based on customer needs and business objectives, this role will be responsible for product ideation through to launch and early life management of key initiatives.

You will be obsessed with how PPB customers interact with our sportsbook products across both brands, using data and insights to continually improve components shared across both brands.

You will also work closely with a broader community of product managers across the PPB group to share and leverage best practice to improve performance and efficiency.


Customer Focus

  • Be metric obsessed, monitoring and reporting on product and customer KPIs, aligned to PPB strategic goals
  • Work with the BF & PP Product teams to clearly articulate the respective customer “why” behind initiatives that span both brands
  • Understand distinct segment personas, drivers of performance, behavioural attributes pain points and customer journeys and use evidence to demonstrate customer needs
  • Work with i) BF & PP Product ii) the Strategy & Insights and iii) the Product Analytics teams to gather and manage product feedback through surveys, user research, customer data & analytics and A/B testing when required
  • Capture and translate user needs into requirements and priorities

Develop & Lead the Projects spanning the BF & PP Brands

  • Be responsible for aligning Product development and management to PPB EU Strategy & goals and overarching sportsbook strategy for BF & PP
  • Liaise with the Head of Sportsbook Product and the Lead Product Managers for BF & PP to agree strategic development objectives and translate into prioritised and measurable goals
  • Provide clear product direction and focus on measurable outcomes and success metrics, not solutions

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Live and breathe evidence-based product development and day-to-day management
  • Be accountable for achieving Product KPIs aligned to PPB strategy and Outcomes
  • Obsess about driving positive impact to PPB, measuring and tracking key product performance and ensuring all stakeholders across teams are aligned to product specific goals
  • Work with Sportsbook Product, Customer Support, Commercial, Trading and Technical teams to identify optimisation opportunities and improve product performance for shared components
  • Co-ordinate competitor and market activity monitoring and continuously assess strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for the PPB product
  • Drive alignment with ATL and BTL marketing support to maximise GTM and ongoing awareness, adoption and repeat usage of product portfolio
  • Coordinate product launches with the Lead Product Managers for BF & PP, marketing & PPB P&L teams

Stakeholder management

  • Ensure all initiatives have defined customer needs, clearly articulated business cases and time-based success metrics that are agreed with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define & communicate the product outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in, alignment and successful delivery of the PPB roadmap vs. success metrics


  • Assist in identifying and developing top talent both external to the team and within the team
  • Mentor junior members of the team i.e. Product Exec to develop their skillset
  • Champion ideation sessions within and beyond the product management team
  • Look for global product synergies and drive relationships across the group

  • Online product management experience is essential
  • Knowledge of the sports betting industry would be an advantage
  • Degree level education
